At the beginning it had been just a leaking shower faucet, just one of those inexpensive kinds you will get from just about any neighborhood home improvement store. He got here early the next morning on time as they said. He must have been a bit younger than I had expected, but had everything he needed because he had already been advised by the office as to the nature of my repair. He also handed me the empty parts container in order that I would know what to order from him whenever we had need of additional parts with the two other faucets in the other bathrooms. He explained everything that he did and reminded me of their unconditional two-year warranty. I happily signed his work order and wrote out a check for payment. He shook my hand and smiled, handed us a refrigerator magnet together with a little bit of business cards. He asked me to please keep him under consideration for other repairs which might arise as well as if I would pass his business card to some of our neighbors. With this, he was on his way.

I explained to the owner he had a great understanding of the way to handle the challenge and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything at the end, plus he reminded me of their impressive warranty. Paul made it easy for me to order additional parts without incurring the expense of another service call and asked for referrals before he left. He certainly realized that the homes in this area were all about the same age.
He did not know it, but he was quite the salesman, even if he was only a plumber!
